Community Peer Project, CPP
The Community Peer Project (CPP) provides one-on-one peer support, outreach, and linkages to services.
Our mission is to assist individuals in forming meaningful connections with substance, mental and behavioral health providers, social supports, and community-based resources.
All calls are answered 24/7 by Maryland Certified Peer Recovery Specialists, who provide care linkages and follow-ups to resources and supports for individuals seeking assistance within Baltimore City.
We are dedicated to a person-centered, self-directed approach, strengthened through collaboration among those we serve, peers, providers, and the community.

The Maryland Peer Advisory Council, MPAC, is a peer-run advocacy council.

Community Peer Project, CPP Team
are PEERS persons with lived and shared experiences trained and credentialed as Maryland Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialists dedicated to assisting and supporting individuals, families, organizations, and communities centered on wellness and recovery.
Our services
Meeting People Where they are! 24/7
We meet individuals where they feel most comfortable, whether by phone, at home, in hospitals, wellness centers, health appointments, court, or in the community.

We offer person-centered peer support and linkages to care, resources, social support, and services in Baltimore City with connections throughout Maryland.

Additional Services
We provide advocacy, leadership, training, outreach, peer-led research., technical assistance, and service navigation at the local, state, and national levels.​​​​
