Community Peer Project, CPP
Welcome to the
COMMUNITY PEER PROJECT
The Community Peer Project, CPP provides one on one peer
support and outreach which assist consumers in making
meaningful connections with community behavioral health
providers, and linkage to community recovery resources
(including peer-run services).
In addition the Community Peer Project, CPP, focuses on a consumer-centered approach that enables collaboration among peers and providers. by engaging consumers.
Together, we are building a foundation of wellness, healing, and resilience in Baltimore.

Maryland Peer Advisory Council, MPAC
Is a peer-run advocacy council with outreach team. We are a dedicated to assist and support individuals
families, organizations, and communities. We provide advocacy and leadership, outreach and training.

Our team members are PEERS-PERSON with lived and shared experiences which empower recovery.
​
We offer resources, support, guidance and linkages to care and services on local state and national levels.

OUR MISSION
Is to provide person-centered CARE to individuals who request assistance and service navigation within the public health system and related social supports.

MEETING PEOPLE WHERE THEY ARE:
We meet individuals where they feel most comfortable, whether at home, hospitals, community centers, health appointments and courtrooms. Our approach is to provide support in the spaces where people needed most.

We are available 24/7, the CPP line is answered by Maryland Certified Peer Recovery within lived experience to aid individuals who request assistance and support.

​Our call line offers self-directed peer support, guidance, linkages, and resources for individuals within Baltimore City.

Calls are answered by Peers and all unanswered calls will be directed to the 988 call system
